General
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises. The training shall be under constant review.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All staff shall be trained in the requirements of the Challenge 25 policy (operated by the premises) and the correct procedure to be followed when refusing service.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a sales refusal register is maintained at the premises. The refusal register to include details of all alcohol sales refused and reason for refusal. The refusals register shall be made available on request to a Police Officer or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons will be available and maintained in the vicinity of the premises.
The delivery of goods to the premises will not take place in the late evening or early morning when the noise generated could cause a nuisance particularly outside the buildings.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Challenge 25 - A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Till prompts will be installed on the till system, to alert staff members of an alcohol sale and reminding them of the property’s Challenge 25 and the requirement to check for ID.
