The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
CD20- No drink shall be removed from the premises in an unsealed container.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
PPN3- No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
PPN4- All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
PPN7- There shall be placed at the exit from the premises in a place where can be seen and easily read by the public a notice asking customers to respect the needs of the local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
PPN8- Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises.
PPN11- Half an hour before the premises is due to close, music shall cease.
PPN16- No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers.
