General
1. Except on such occasions and at such times as may be authorised by the Licensing Authority, there shall be no sale of intoxicating liquors: (a) otherwise than to members of the Jungle Club, Miami Beach, Sutton on Sea being person duly elected to membership as thereinafter specified, with an interval of at least two clear days between nomination or application for membership and their admission to membership; or (b) otherwise than to persons resident on the Miami Beach Holiday Estate;
2. The only person eligible for the membership of the said Jungle Club shall be: (a) persons being chalet owners or occupiers of chalets situate on the Miami Beach Holiday Estate, Trusthorpe Road, Sutton on Sea (b) persons (other than chalet owners or occupiers of chalets situate on the Miami Beach Holiday Estate) not exceeding in the aggregate one hundred, who are residents or occupiers of property situate within a radius of ten miles from the Club premises.
3. No advertisement or notice that intoxicating liquors may be obtained in the premises shall be displayed on the outside of the premises nor on the inside of the premises so as to be visible from the outside;
4. A notice in a form approved by the Licensing Authority shall be kept displayed over or very close to every bar on the licensed premises, stating the classes or persons entitled to buy intoxicating liquor.
5. All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity and periodically throughout the activity and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above normal background levels at the nearest residential property.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises unless they are accompanied by a person over 18 years who is a parent or guardian.
