The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a sales refusal register is maintained at the premises. The sales refusal register to be checked by the Designated Premises Supervisor and Area Manager on a monthly basis.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that CCTV cameras are provided inside and outside the premises and that the images are retained for a period of at least 31 days.
Public Safety
The premises licence holder shall ensure that an incident book is maintained at the premises. The incident book to be checked by the Designated Premises Supervisor and Area Manager on a monthly basis.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Deliveries will not take place in the late evening or early morning when the noise generated could cause a nuisance particularly outside the buildings
Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons will be available and maintained in the vicinity of the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
The premises must install an electronic till system which automatically prompts staff to check the age of the buyer when age restricted products are entered for sale into the till.
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in accordance with the company policy in relation to the sale of alcohol, cigarettes, solvents and blades.
