The Club Management, the Steward and Bar Staff are informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act.
Annual formal reviews will be carried out of the risk assessments under the Government Licensing Objectives, together with the Annual Fire Risk Assessment.

Exterior security lighting
Club constitution includes rules on conduct of guests and members.
Admission confined to members and bona fide guests.
The Steward will supervise the signing in of guests.
Drunk or disorderly guests are not served or admitted entrance.
Misconduct will be reported to Management Committee.
Public Safety
The Club will comply with advised capacity limits.
Following Risk Assessments, preventative and control measures will be put in place regarding safety.
The Club’s electrical installation will be inspected and tested every 3 years in accordance with BS 7671:2001 by an appropriately qualified person.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
When music is played all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbances to neighbouring properties including entertainers being briefed on acceptable sound levels.
Outside areas will not be used for activities late evenings without liaising with neighbours and the Licensing Authority first.
Signs will be displayed requesting that members and guests leave quietly at the end of events.
A verbal reminder will also be given at the end of live entertainment evenings.
The area surrounding the premises will be kept clean and tidy.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No persons under 18 years of age will be admitted to Club Membership.
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 18 upon production of proof of age.
No child under 18 years of age will be permitted unless accompanied be a parent or responsible adult.
Children will not be permitted in the bar area at any time.
