  There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. The notices must also ask customers in vehicles to drive along the access lane both slowly and carefully.
