Staff Training to ensure alcohol is not sold to persons under age or who are drunk and disorderly.
An incident book will be maintained in which will be recorded all incidents of crime and disorder. Such book will be reviewed regularly by the DPS.

Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 21 upon production of proof of age.
Soft drinks will always be available for purchase and consumption on the premises.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
a) The area licensed for provision of regulated entertainment is edged green on the attached plan.
b) (1) A noise limiting device shall be installed and maintained within the premises and all amplified music and voices shall be performed / played through this device. The device shall be approved by the Environment Team (of East Lindsey District Council) and shall be set in agreement with the Environment Team. The noise limiting device to be installed within the premise within 56 days of 1 October 2015.
(2) The noise limiting device shall be installed in a tamperproof cabinet.
(3) Only equipment permanently installed in the premise may be used for amplification of music and voices.
c) There shall be placed at all exits from the premises (and in the car park) in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the customers notices asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers to leave the premise and the area quietly.
d) No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with the prior consent of the Licensing Authority.
e) All external doors and windows shall be kept closed (other than for access and egress) when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
f) If so required by the Environment Team (of East Lindsey District Council) the licensee shall submit a scheme to the Environment Team for its approval for the soundproofing of the premises. The scheme to be submitted to the Environment Team within 2 months of the request and the works to be completed within a reasonable period of time (agreed between the Environment Team and the licence holder) thereafter.
g) On any occasion when regulated entertainment continues after midnight there shall be provided at the premises one or more door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Agency (SIA) to such number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to supervise people leaving the event and manage noise levels in the immediate vicinity of the premises and car park. The door supervisors to remain on site until after the last customer has left the premises / car park.
h) The current Designated Premises Supervisor (namely Mrs Rabinder K Thind) and any future Designated Premises Supervisor to attend and successfully compete a recognised training course (recommended by the Licensing Authority ) for Designated Premises Supervisor as soon as reasonably practicable.
The above licence conditions were the result of a premises licence review hearing held on 3 July 2008 and a licensing appeal held at the Magistrates Court on 1 October 2008.
