General
A tariff of charges made in the refreshment house shall, during the hours of late night opening, be kept displayed so that it can conveniently be read by persons frequenting the refreshment house, before entering.
Persons shall not seek to obtain custom for the refreshment house by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the refreshment house.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Staff to clear the front of the premises and surrounding area of litter at the end of each night.
Litter bins for customer use.
Notices will be displayed on the premises asking customers to ‘please leave quietly’
Deliveries will be made at a time that will cause the least public nuisance.
