STAN 1
This premises licence has been granted subject to the relevant embedded conditions and restrictions contained in the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, the Licensing Act 1964 and other relevant legislation (unless the conditions or restrictions have been removed as a result of the variation of the premises licence). The conditions and restrictions (in respect of this premises licence) to include the following:
Conditions attached to existing Justices Licence
It is a condition of this licence (except on such occasions and at such times as may be authorised by the Licensing Authority) that no intoxicating liquor shall be sold, or supplied, by or on behalf of the licensee to any person who is not either:
1 (a) a person who is a shareholder or duly elected member or associate member of
the club referred to in the licence (hereinafter called ‘the club’).
(b) a visitor introduced by a shareholder, member or associate member of the club who made and signed an entry in a book provided for the purposes of recording the name of the visitor and the date of the visit.
(c) one of a party visiting the licensed premises in connection with a game, match, function or other event organised at the Kenwick Park Golf Club premises.
(d) a person who is attending a social event, conference or seminar, or other associated function or recognised social event connected with the Club or any of it’s members at the Club.
(e) any person who has paid green fees to play on the Golf Course and is not a member of the Club, or a person who falls into category (b).
2 The rules of such club insofar as they relate to the sale or supply of intoxicating
liquor shall not be amended or revoked without prior notice to the Licensing Officer and to the Chief Office of Police.
3 That the rules concerning the admission of a new member shall not be altered
without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
4 The appropriate occupancy figures as recommended by the Fire Authority.
Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
Alcohol will only be sold from the bars in the lounge and the spike bar.
Alcohol can only be consumed in the spike bar, dining room, lounge, dining area and outdoor courtyard marked in red on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Not applicable
Public Safety
All electrical equipment will be tested in accordance with regulations.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All windows and doors will be closed during regulated entertainment.
Deliveries will take place during the day.
The Protection of Children from Harm
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No person under the age of 16 will be allowed to make any purchase from the bar.
Plastic containers will be available for children.
Children under the age of 16 will leave the premises by 2200 hours unless attending a formal organised function.
