The consumption of alcohol will only take place in the areas edged red (on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority) for members of the public.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The general public will be allowed a provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities, premises facilities and hot and soft drinks) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Deliveries will only take place during the day to avoid disturbance.
Windows and doors will be kept closed during periods of entertainment
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Any person under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the Function Room, Conservatory and Lounge.
No person under 16 will be allowed to make any purchase from the bar.
Plastic glasses or containers will be available for children.
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
