The hall operates under a set of rules based on the ACRE Model Rules for Village Halls and ACRE Model Hiring Agreement.
The sale or supply of alcohol will be undertaken in line with the documents and policies and procedures deposited with the Licensing Authority by the premises licence holder when making the application for a premises licence. (March 2010)
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
When live or recorded music is taking place between 2300 and 0200, all external doors and windows shall be kept closed between these times whilst the activities are taking place, save for entry & exit to the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram.
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Any proposal for adult entertainment will require the approval of the Committee with appropriate safeguards as to the age of attendees.
