General
The facilities of the club will be available only to members and their invited guests.
Members will be responsible for the behaviour of their guests who may be asked to leave if there is inappropriate behaviour.
The committee will hold full details of all members.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There will be a drugs policy notice displayed at the premises.
Public Safety
The Club will undertake appropriate steps to ensure that no drinks in open containers are taken out of the premises.
The maximum capacity of the premises will be restricted to 90 persons.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Noise levels will be monitored and kept to a reasonable level by the steward and the organising committee members.
Doors and windows will be kept closed during periods of entertainment other than for normal access or egress.
No open bottles or glasses will be allowed outside the premises and the steward (or his nominated deputy/deputies)will collect any litter.
Members will be asked to leave the premises quietly and to respect the needs of the neighbours and local residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Access for children will be limited - There will be no junior membership available for those under the age of 16.
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 18 upon production of proof of age. The accepted proofs of age being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
