All staff shall be suitably trained in relation to licensing issued and the contents of the premises licence. The training will be recorded in documentary form that will be available for inspection. The records will be retained for a minimum period of 18 months.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Doors and windows will be kept closed except for access and egress whilst the licensable activities are taking place after 2300 hours.
The volume will be lowered for recorded music after Midnight to promote the winding down policy and dispersal of customers.
There shall be displayed at the premises (in a place where they can be seen and easily read by customers) notices asking customers to the leave the premises and the area quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Challenge 25 – A policy will be adopted at the premises in relation to the sale of alcohol. Any person who looks under the age of 25 will be challenged and asked to produce valid photo identification to prove they are aged 18 or over before they can be served.
The accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Appropriate posters will be displayed in all bar areas in relation to the Challenge 25 policy.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
