Toilets within the premises to be checked regularly.
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs and drunkenness to be enforced at all times.
All interior trading areas to be visible to staff from behind the bar.

All exit doors to be kept clear of obstruction.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All instances of crime and disorder to be reported to the Police as soon as practicable.
The licence holder to check sound levels outside the premises on a regular basis to ensure noise pollution to neighbouring properties is limited. The volume of any recorded music will be played at an acceptable level so as not to cause nuisance to any of the adjoining properties.
Notices to be displayed within the premises asking customers to respect neighbours when leaving the property. Customers to be encouraged to disperse in an orderly manner.
All recorded music and the supply of alcohol and food will cease at least 30 minutes before closing time.
A polite notice will be displayed in the premises asking customers not to park in Royal Oak Court.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Soft drinks and non-alcohol drinks to be available.
A recognised proof of age policy to be enforced.
