Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
This licence will be used in conjunction with the Carrington Rally, which is an annual event lasting 3 days. The date of the event will be given to the Licensing Authority and the Police in writing two months in advance
A Security Firm will be employed on site at all times the Carrington Rally is taking place
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Tower lighting will be provided
Patrolling security employed on site
Public Safety
We will liase with local police and adhere to recommendations of N.T.E.T
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
We will ensure music in kept to a reasonable level to minimise any disturbance
Litter clearance to be performed by litter clearance company staff.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Safety fencing is erected wherever there is moving or active machinery
