General
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training will reviewed on an annual basis.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system shall be installed, recording and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police, specifically:
a) There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with the normal operating illumination to reasonably cover all licensed public areas.
b) Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted).
c) The frame rate shall be maintained to a standard whereby any footage produced is of sufficient quality to be of evidential use.
d) Playback of any incident without the necessity for download must be possible.
e) A member of staff should be on the premises at all times they are open to the public who is capable of operating the CCTV system and providing recordings on request. When this is not possible recordings will be provided within 24 hours of the original request
f) Recording equipment shall be housed in a secure room/cabinet where access and operationis strictly limited to authorised persons.
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to such a number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The outdoor provision of Recorded Music, Live Music & Anything Similar to Recorded or Live Music will cease at 2300 hours.
After 2300 Hours all external doors and windows will be kept closed except for access and egress.
After 2300 Hours the premises licence holder (or nominated person) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above normal background levels at the nearest residential property.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Any other means of identification approved by the premises licence holder.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be
clearly seen and read and shall indicate: That proof of age may be requested at the premises and those accepted means for proof of age listed as above and no sale to under 18’s will be permitted.
All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of
training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer this training will be reviewed annually.
Each entry shall be retained for a period of 24 months from date of completion.
This record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers, East Lindsey District Council or other parties acting on their behalf.
