General
A tamper proof CCTV shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises. The CCTV system shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Where door supervisors are working at the premises there shall be such a number as the Licence Holder considers sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises, and the following conditions shall apply:
A record/log book shall be kept on the premises by the Designated Premises Supervisor of every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor.
The record shall contain the following details:
The door supervisors name
His/her Security Authority Licence Number
The time and date he/she commenced and concluded their duty
The door supervisors shall sign each entry.
The Designated Premises Supervisor or other authorised person shall also endorse each entry as having checked the authenticity of the individual door supervisor.
That record shall be available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer from the Council, the Security Industry Association or a Police Officer.
Each entry shall be retained for a period of 12 months from date of completion.
Staff supplied with Two-way radios.
Membership of Pub watch (whilst such a scheme is in operation).
Public Safety
Not Applicable.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Deliveries to the premises will only occur in the daytime.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 21 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 to produce proof of age.
Children under the age of 14 shall be confined to the children’s area (see edged in green on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority) unless he/she is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
There will be no AWP machines in the children’s area (edged in green on the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority).
No adult entertainment will be provided.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
The following licence conditions resulted from a licensing hearing held on 27 April 2009:
1. The terminal hour for the supply of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment in the downstairs bar / venue shall be 0300 Hours. The terminal hour for the upstairs bar / venue shall be 0100 Hours.
2. All external doors and windows shall be kept closed after 2300 Hours (except for access and egress from the premises) when amplified entertainment and speech is provided.
3. All external doors shall be fitted with self-closing devices and such self-closing devices shall be maintained in working order.
4. Appropriate signage shall be put in place inside and outside the premises asking customers to respect the needs of local residents and reminding customers to leave the premises and area quietly.
5. The downstairs bar / venue to be limited to a capacity of 100 persons.
