Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
The Premises Licence will only normally be used in connection with the ‘Revesby Country Fair’ which shall take place on the first Sunday in the month of August each year.
We will submit an action plan to the responsible authorities at least 8 weeks prior to any event held on the premises by the Revesby Country Fair Show Committee.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Police will be present at all times the ‘Revesby Country Fair’ is open to the public.
Public Safety
Police, Red Cross, Doctor and Paramedics will be present at all times the ‘Revesby Country Fair’ is open to the public.
Designated area for Red Cross, designated entrance and exit route for ambulances and landing area for air ambulance helicopter.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Police will control traffic flow in an out of the showground.
Live music will be at set times and for short periods, Recorded music will be background level only.
Litter pickers will be hired to clear rubbish from the showground.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There is a designated area for Parents/Guardians to be reunited with lost children and the committee are equipped with radios to aid communication when necessary.
