There shall be no admittance to the premises after midnight.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The Police will have 5 working days from receipt to reply if applicable with any comments and reasonable requests and the Designated Premises Supervisor will agree to comply with any such reasonable requests. A record of the dates of the Event dates will be kept in a register on the premises.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities, premises facilities and hot and soft drinks) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol. Regulated entertainment to cease in advance of the wind down period and lights will be raised and the volume and tempo of music reduced.
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
Noisy customers will be banned.
All doors and windows at the establishment must be closed during periods of entertainment.
There shall be no means of external amplification used to convey the sound of entertainment to the outside of the premises.
There shall be no Karaoke entertainment at the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children under 16 years old will be permitted on the premises after 23:00 (unless attending a private function where they are accompanied by an adult)
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
