Premises are double glazed.
Bins are provided.
All deliveries are made in the afternoon.
Customers will be asked to leave the premises quietly and respect the needs of nearby residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A children’s room is provided away from the bar.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Children must leave the premises by 2000 hours unless when consuming a meal the time is extended to 2030 hours.

Staff will be given proof of age training.
The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).

Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
1. Appropriate signage shall be put in place at all exits from the premises asking customers to leave the premises and surrounding area quickly and quietly and having respect for residents and their property. (Hearing held 14 September 2009)
