The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
Member of the Skegness Pubwatch (whilst forever there is an active scheme in the town).

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
The volume of all external regulated entertainment will be restricted so as to ensure that nearby residents, holiday makers and/or businesses are not exposed to entertainment noise at levels that would be likely to cause disturbance or annoyance and/or that would interfere with use and enjoyment of residential, holiday or business premises or properties.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restriction shall be implemented.
