Except on such occasions and at such time as may be authorised by the Licensing Authority
There shall be not sales of intoxicating liquor otherwise than to:
(a) persons being owner of or residents in caravans or bungalows and occupiers of tents on Sutton Springs Holiday Estate, Trusthorpe.
(b) Members of the Seagull Social Club elected to membership in accordance with the Rules and constitution of the Club.
(c) Employees of Sutton Springs Holiday Estate and the Seagull Social Club and tenants of premises on Sutton Springs Holiday Estate and their employees.
Staff Training on licensing issues to be undertaken by the DPS.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A drugs policy to be in place and signs to be displayed within the premises advising customers of the policy.
CCTV to be provided in the premises.
Public Safety
Not Applicable.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
Levels of noise emanating from the premises to be monitored by staff and noise to be kept to a reasonable level.
When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.
Litter clearance to be performed nightly by staff.
All loading and unloading to be undertaken on private land in a designated area for that purpose.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 18 upon production of proof of age card or other satisfactory proof of age.
AWP Machines not to be used by Children.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
There shall be placed at all exits from the premise in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices asking persons to respect the needs of local residents and requiring customers/members/guests to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Announcements shall be made at regular intervals by persons providing regulated entertainment requesting customers leave quietly.
The above Annex 3 conditions were attached to the premises licence as the result of a licensing hearing held on 6 September 2005.
