ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The village hall shall operate under a set of rules based on the ACRE Model Rules for Village Halls and ACRE Model Hiring Agreement.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Door supervisors shall be employed at weekends and other times when identified by a risk assessment.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The Police will have 5 working days from receipt to reply if applicable with any comments and reasonable requests and the Village Hall Management Committee will agree to comply with any such reasonable requests. A record of the dates of the Event dates shall be kept in a register on the premises.
Public Safety
The maximum number of persons (including staff and entertainers) allowed at the premises shall not exceed 200.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
There shall be the provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities, premises facilities and hot and soft drinks) at the end of events which are operating under a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for the supply of alcohol. Regulated entertainment at the premises shall cease in advance of the venue's nominated wind down period and lights will be raised and the volume and tempo of music reduced.
Signage shall be displayed at the premises asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
Noisy customers shall be banned from the premises.
When live or recorded music is provided all windows and external doors shall be kept closed (except for normal access and egress) after 2300 Hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children under 16 years old shall be permitted on the premises after 2300 Hours (unless attending a private function where they are accompanied by an adult)
