All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises. The training shall be under constant review.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All staff shall be trained in the requirements of the Challenge 21 policy (operated by the premises), the identification and recognition of drunks and the correct procedure to be followed when refusing service.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a sales refusal register is maintained at the premises. The refusal register to include details of all alcohol sales refused and reason for refusal. The refusals register shall be made available on request to a Police Officer or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons will be available and maintained where outside areas are provide for the use of patrons.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will ensure that the outside smoking area is regularly cleaned to ensure that all discarded cigarette butts and litter are removed and properly disposed.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will periodically assess the impact of any patron noise from the smoking area on neighbouring premises and take any appropriate action to ensure any noise it not a source of nuisance for neighbouring properties.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 21 proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.
