(a) General - See boxes b), c), d) and e) below.
The above time restrictions regarding the supply of alcohol do not prohibit consumption of alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises.
(b) The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. No person will be knowingly allowed to leave the resort with any open bottle or glass
2. Tables will be cleared of all empty bottles and glasses on a regular basis
3. CCTV shall be provided on the following premises and shall be kept in good working order and recordings shall be made available to the police:-
a. Jaks
b. Reds
c. Centre Stage
d. Crazy Horse
e. Skyline Pavilion
4. An incident book will be kept at the resort in which will be recorded all incidents of crime and disorder. This book will be reviewed by the security manager and the Resort Director
5. CCTV coverage is provided of the resort. All recordings are made available to the Police
6. Toughened glass is used in all venues serving alcohol
7. The Premises Licence holder will operate a Drugs and Search Policy, such policy to be produced to the Responsible Authorities and Licensing Authority upon request.

8. There will always be a minimum of 2 SIA registered doorstaff on duty when Jaks is open for the sale of intoxicating liquor
9. A register of door staff will be maintained indicating the number of door staff on duty, their identity and the times they were on duty
(c) Public Safety
For those venues with Indoor Sports
1. A qualified first aider shall be present throughout any sporting entertainment involving wrestling, judo, karate or sport of a similar nature
2. Where a ring is used it will be constructed by a competent person and shall be inspected by a competent authority before use and any material used to form the skirt of the ring shall be flame retardant
(d) The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Doors and windows will be kept closed where necessary
2. The playing of live or recorded music in any outside area shall not continue beyond 1900 Hours (with the exception of the Marquee (Studio 36), marked on the attached plan, for which the terminal hour will be 0200 Hours). No amplified music will be played in the Marquee (known as Studio 36) after 2300 Hours. After 2300 Hours music will be relayed to attendees in the Marquee via a local wireless network.
3. If noise breakout from any venue on the resort may cause a nuisance to people living off the resort then a member of staff will patrol the perimeter of the resort to monitor noise levels and if necessary the music will be lowered
4. [Skyline only] The rating level emitted from the Skyline Pavilion should not exceed the existing background noise level by more than 10db between 0700 Hours and 2300 Hours and 5db at any other time. The noise levels shall be determined at the nearest noise sensitive premises. The measurements and assessments shall be made according to BS4142:1997
5. [Skyline only] The Skyline Pavilion and the equipment used in relation to the generation of amplified music/voices shall be strictly in accordance with the report from Messrs Sharp Redmoor Partnership dated 7th December 1998 and submitted to the Council’s Planning Department
6. There shall be a written noise and dispersal policy for the premises appended to the current licence and shall be adhered to. All staff will be trained in respect of this policy

7. Notices shall be displayed in a prominent position asking for customers to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly
8. Any door supervisors on duty will ask people to leave quietly and to have regard to the needs of local residents
9. For the final half an hour music shall be played at a quieter level
10. Any DJ will ask customers to leave quietly and for customers to have regard to local residents
(e) The Protection of Children from Harm
1) Signs shall be displayed at the bar stating that any person who appears under the age of 18 will not be served with intoxicating liquor
2) No performance involving nudity or striptease shall take place at the premises whilst any person under the age of 18 is present
3) Only passport, photocard driving licences or PASS approved ID cards shall be accepted as proof of age to ensure that no person under the age of 18 is sold intoxicating liquor

4) No under 18 ‘s shall be allowed on the premises between 2300 Hours and 1000 Hours.
