Conditions attached by Licensing Justices
Except on such occasions and at such times as may be authorised by the Licensing Authority, there shall be no sales of any intoxicating liquor: (a) otherwise than to members of the Coral Beach Club, being persons duly elected to membership with an interval of at least two clear days between nomination or application for membership, and their admission to membership, or (b) otherwise than to persons resident on the Coral Beach Caravan Park, Ingoldmells.
Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
Staff Training on licensing issues to be undertaken on a regular basis
A personal licence holder will be on the premises at all times the licence is being used.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A drugs policy to be in place and signs to be displayed within the premises advising customers of the policy.
A SIA door supervisor will be employed at the premises when the premises are open after 2300 hours for the provision of licensable activities.
Public Safety
Not Applicable.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Doors and windows are kept closed when the licensed activities are taking place except for access and egress.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 to produce proof of age.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
