General
A tariff of charges made in the refreshment house shall, during the hours of late night opening, be kept displayed so that it can conveniently be read by persons frequenting the refreshment house, before entering.
Persons shall not seek to obtain custom for the refreshment house by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the refreshment house.

Annex 3 - Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licencing Authority
The following condition was attached to the premises licence as the result of a review hearing held on 21 November 2016:
The premises licence holder will operate a full digital HR management system where all relevant documents are stored for each individual member of staff. All relevant documents for members of staff will be retained for a period of 12 months post termination of employment and will be made available to Police, Immigration or Licensing Officers on request.
