STAN 1
This premises licence has been granted subject to the relevant embedded conditions and restrictions contained in the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, the Licensing Act 1964 and other relevant legislation (unless the conditions or restrictions have been removed as a result of the variation of the premises licence). The conditions and restrictions (in respect of this premises licence) to include the following:

4. On Licensed Premises – (Children’s Certificate)
A notice which states that a Children’s Certificate is in force, in relation to the area to which the certificate relates, and explains the effect of the certificate and of any conditions attached to it must be posted in some conspicuous place in that area.
No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies:
a) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence.
b) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there.
c) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
d) The bar is in premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary.
e) i. He is in an area shown on the plan attached to the licence
ii. Meals and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale for consumption in that area.
iii. He is in the company of a person aged 18 or over.
iv. He is there prior to 9 p.m.
v. He may remain in the area of the premises specified during the first thirty minutes after the certificate has ceased for the consumption of refreshments.
In this condition “bar” includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of alcohol. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals.

Note:
The latest hour for operation of a certificate is 9 p.m. See Sch 12A para 5(1) LA 1964.
Where justices have imposed a later hour under Sch 12A para 5(2), that should be reflected in the licence conditions.
The times granted by the Licensing Justices in respect of the Children’s Certificate are-
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday granted 2100 hours
Friday & Saturday granted 2300 hours
Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
There shall be no entry or re-entry to the premises after 2330 Hours.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The provision of live music will be limited to a maximum of two performers.
Drugs awareness training and anti drugs policy will be in place
CCTV to exterior areas of the premises
Drivers’ shelf with a selection of soft drinks.
DPS and staff will monitor customer behaviour, particularly during busy periods.
Public Safety
Gas and electrical tests will be carried out annually.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The provision
Windows will be kept closed when live entertainment is in session
Entrances have internal lobbies, which limit sound egress.
DPS and staff will carry out a noise survey regularly when entertainment is being provided.
No drinks will be permitted outside after 2200 Hours.
Signs will be displayed at the exits of the premises requesting ‘please respect our neighbours and leave quietly’
The Protection of Children from Harm
Unaccompanied children are not allowed in the premises, and accompanied children, per children’s certificate, are not allowed at the bar servery, and are restricted to upper lounge, games room, and dining area.
Under 18s are not allowed to play AWPs, per sign on machine, and children are required to be supervised by an adult when using games room facilities.
The outside play area is enclosed, and accessed through the dining area.
The premises have a children’s menu and suitable soft drinks to promote a family atmosphere.
There will be no adult entertainment at the premises.
Children not permitted in pub Sunday–Thursday after 2100 Hours and Friday-Saturday after 2300 Hours, per children’s certificate.
