The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The Police will have 5 working days from receipt to reply if applicable with any comments and reasonable requests and the Designated Premises Supervisor will agree to comply with any such reasonable requests. A record of the dates of the Event dates will be kept in a register on the premises.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities, premises facilities and hot and soft drinks) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol. Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
Noisy customers will be banned.
All windows and external doors will be kept closed after 2300 Hours.
No music to be played in any area, which is excluded from the playing of music as the result of a planning condition (if any) attached to the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No Children under 16 years old will be permitted on the premises after 2300 (unless attending a private function where they are accompanied by an adult)
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
PPN3 – No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises.
PPN4- All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
