An incident book will be maintained in which will be recorded all incidents of crime and disorder. Such book will be reviewed regularly by the DPS.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Any CCTV will be kept in working order and the Police will be allowed immediate access during working hours.
Drinks in open containers may not be taken out of the premises.
When the premises are open after Midnight on any Friday or Saturday, SIA registered door supervisors will be provided in accordance with the reasonable recommendations of the Chief Officer of Police.

By signage and other measures customers will be encouraged to leave quietly late at night.
These premises shall not be operated in breach of any relevant planning permission.

Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 21 upon production of proof of age.
Soft drinks will always be available for purchase and consumption on the premises.
