A drugs policy to be in place and signs to be displayed within the premises advising customers of the policy.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The performance of live music will be limited to a maximum of 3 performers.
Levels of noise emanating from the premises to be monitored by staff and noise to be kept to a reasonable level.
Litter clearance to be performed nightly by staff.
All loading and unloading to be undertaken on private land in a designated area for that purpose.
The Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 to produce proof of age.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all time and are only allowed on the premises is having a meal.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
PPN3
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
PPN4
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment involving amplified music is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
PPN13
Any outside area, which is used for the consumption of alcohol, shall cease to be so used at 2300 Hours.
