The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Door supervisors shall be employed on Friday and Saturday evenings from 2200 hours until close.
At all other times there shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
When door supervisors are employed there shall be a minimum of 1 door supervisor for each point of entry in operation.
The Licensee shall maintain a record of the name, address and registration number of each SIA door supervisor, the time and date of commencement of periods of work together with a brief record of any incident. The record shall be retained for a period of eighteen months following the last entry in the book.
There shall be a Drugs Policy in place and such policy to be made available for inspection by the Licensing Authority or Police upon reasonable request.
The drugs policy in respect of the premises will set out the procedures to be carried out for searching customers for drugs on entry to the licensed premises, the procedure for dealing with drugs found within the licensed premises and for dealing with anyone found using or supplying drugs on the premises.
A hard-bound record book or register must be kept by the Licensee on the licensed premises to record all drugs seizures, finds and collections together with details of the member(s) of staff involved, police officer(s) to whom the drugs are released and if known details of the user or dealer involved. The register must be made available to the Licensing Authority and to the Police upon request.
The Licensee shall inform the Police of any drugs seizures or finds within the licensed premises as soon as practicable thereafter.
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and;
a) shall be used to record images to assist in the identification of individuals during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
b) there shall be a minimum of one high resolution camera fitted for external coverage of each entrance.
c) there shall be a minimum of one high-resolution colour camera fitted to each public entrance/exit to provide a quality head and shoulder image for facial recognition/identification purposes of all persons entering the premises.
d) the images recorded shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days.
e) recordings of incidents at the premises must be made secure for inspection by the police and provided on lawful request. This means that a member of staff shall be available within 24 hours who is capable of operating the CCTV system and providing recordings.
f) All CCTV recordings shall be dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity and periodically throughout the activity and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above normal background levels at the nearest residential property.
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly” will be clearly displayed and maintained within the premise.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 21 proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
When Adult Entertainment is provided at the premises, (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS LICENCE CONDITION 'ADULT ENTERTAINMENT' WILL BE DEFINED USING THE DEFINITION FOR 'RELEVANT ENTERTAINMENT' FOUND IN Schedule 3 TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 (as amended by section 27 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009)) - THAT IS “any live performance or live display of nudity which is of such a nature that, ignoring financial gain, it must reasonably be assumed to be provided solely or principally for the purpose of sexually stimulating any member of an audience (whether by verbal or other means)”. IN THIS CONDITION an audience can consist of just one person, (e.g. in a private booth).
a) No still or moving photographic or video recordings other than by CCTV monitoring equipment installed for crime prevention purposes shall be made of any performance of adult entertainment.
b) There shall be no images of nakedness, nudity or of any description of a sexually explicit nature to cause offence as to the nature of the entertainment being held on the premises on any external advertising.
c) Performances of adult entertainment shall only be the subject of any advertising involving the distribution of leaflets, promotion by canvassers or by touting in the street, subject to written approval by Lincolnshire Police and on the undertaking that the Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that all associated litter is collected at the end of each day’s opening hours within any area defined and agreed with Lincolnshire Police.
d) The adult entertainment shall not be visible from the street.
e) Any person who can be observed from outside the premises shall be decently dressed.
f) No person either resident, staff, performer, entertainer, visitor or customer under the age of 18 years shall be allowed in any part of the premises whilst adult entertainment is being performed or at any time whilst a rehearsal or audition for such entertainment is being conducted.
g) A clear notice shall be displayed at each entrance to the premises, in a prominent position so that it can easily be read by people entering the premises, saying,
NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS SHALL BE ADMITTED
h) The adult entertainment shall be given only by performers/entertainers who are engaged exclusively for that purpose.
i) No performer shall be allowed to work if they appear to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs.
j) The entertainment shall be restricted to dancing and the removal of clothes, there shall not be any other form of sexual activity.
k) There shall be no physical participation between any member of the audience and any other performer.
l) The DPS, management or anyone concerned in providing the adult entertainment shall not encourage or permit the encouragement of the audience to throw money or other gratuities to the performers.
m) No performer shall accept or give any telephone number or business card or note to or from members of the audience.
n) Performers shall be provided with changing room(s) which shall be located separately, and apart from, public facilities.
o) No person other than performers and authorised staff shall be permitted in the changing room(s).
p) On arrival each customer shall be provided with a copy of the House Rules, which shall include conditions l) to q) inclusive.
q) Each performer shall be provided with a copy of these conditions a) to q) inclusive, and the Premises Licence Holder shall ensure each performer is trained so as to be fully aware of the House Rules and the conditions contained therein.
