General
A Personal Licence holder will be on site for the majority of opening times.
Staff training will be given and updated regularly on licensing issues.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
Door supervisors will be employed at weekends and other times when identified by a risk assessment.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The Police will have 5 working days from receipt to reply if applicable with any comments and reasonable requests and the Designated Premises Supervisor will agree to comply with any such reasonable requests. A record of the dates of the Event dates will be kept in a register on the premises.
Public Safety
Door supervisors will be employed at weekends and other times when identified by a risk assessment.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Regulated entertainment to cease in advance of the wind down period and lights will be raised and the volume and tempo of music reduced.
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
Noisy customers will be banned.
When live or recorded music is used all windows and external doors will be kept closed after 2300 Hours.
Only solos or duos will be playing live music and un-amplified.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children under 16 years old will be permitted on the premises after 2300 (unless attending a private function where they are accompanied by an adult)
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
