Any marquee used at the premises and any outside bar at the premises shall be under the control of Louth Golf Club.
Licensable regulated entertainment shall be limited to the club house building and any marquee in the grounds of the Golf Club.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
When regulated entertainment is taking place in a marquee after 2300 checks will be carried out at the position indicated on Plan A (attached to this premises licence) adjacent to 65 Crowtree Lane(4.0m from the Golf Club boundary) and recorded. The noise level at this position must not exceed 63dB 15 min LAeq (the Average A weighted noise level over a 15 minute period).
When regulated entertainment is taking place inside the club house building after 2300 hrs any external windows in areas where live or recorded music is taking place shall be kept closed until when the regulated entertainment is no longer taking place and any door(s) leading from the areas where the regulated entertainment is taking place to outside be closed for the same period save for entry and exit to the premises (NB: this may not in all cases be the last door out of the premises and may be one within a lobby or corridor).
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 21 proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:

Photo Driving Licence
•
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
•
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
No activities are proposed that may give rise to concern in respect of children but should any activities occur that may give rise to concern in respect of children then suitable measures and restrictions shall be implemented.
