The following licensable activities will be limited to events organised by the Premises Licence holder where attendance is a result of a reservation being made or for a private booked event (Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Provision of Facilities for Making Music, Provision of Facilities for Dancing)
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
Not less than 15 working days written notice will provided to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police when Event Days are planned. The Police will have 5 working days from receipt to reply if applicable with any comments and reasonable requests and the Designated Premises Supervisor will agree to comply with any such reasonable requests. A record of the dates of the Event dates will be kept in a register on the premises.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities, premises facilities and hot and soft drinks) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
Signage asking customers to “Please leave quietly”.
All windows and external doors will be kept closed after 2300 Hours.
These premises shall not be operated in breach of any relevant planning permission
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
