  There are 3 CCTV cameras linked to the control room at Skegness covering the park. Two of these cameras cover the area on which the bandstand is to be sited.

  When there is amplification of live music or recorded music, event organisers will be required to keep the volume to a reasonable level.

   

  The Trustees will, if required, fit a noise limiting device and will work with the environmental team at East Lindsey District Council to ensure this is set at an appropriate level.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  All supervisors will be CRB checked when involved in events held for children and young people.

   

  The premises licence application indicated that adult entertainment, services or activities will not be provided. Therefore the premises may not provide adult entertainment (that is, lap dancing, pole dancing, striptease, etc.).
