  DPS will be on the premises at all times the licence is being used.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  The premises will not be open to the general public. All visitors will be by appointment or invitation only.

   

  Public Safety

   

  There will be a maximum of 12 guests at any time, with seating provided for all.

  Before each tasting session or on the arrival of a new group of guests a Health and Safety brief will be given detailing the location of points of egress and telephones. 

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Any outside activity will be fully supervised to keep noise and litter to a minimum.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  No persons under the age of 18 will be invited to attend a wine tasting.

  Any children visiting the premises will be confined to the domestic areas of the premises while the licence is being used.
