  a)              by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), where the film has been classified by that Board, or

  b)              by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20(3)(b) (74(3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

• Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule

  General

   

  During all regulated performances, Park Wardens will be present to ensure order and good conduct are observed.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  The Park Trust is part of Louth shopwatch and has access to police assistance in the event of incidents.

   

  PCSO presence will be requested if this is deemed necessary.

   

  CCTV monitoring takes place at all times.  Gates locked at night.

   

  Public Safety

   

  All pathways are disability accessible.

   

  Park will be kept closed if River Lud is high or flooding expected.

   

  Litter clearance during events will be arranged.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Music will be maintained at a reasonable level in order to minimise any risk of noise nuisance to neighbouring properties.

   

  Patrons will be asked to leave performances quietly.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  All volunteers will be CRB checked as they are likely to be in contact with children/vulnerable adults.
