All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
Boxing or Wrestling Entertainments – Boxing or wrestling entertainments may only take place up to a maximum of three times during any twelve month period with a period of three months between each event and may only take place between the Hours of 18:00 to 00:30.
During boxing or wrestling events the Premises Licence Holder will ensure that an appropriate amount of SIA door staff are provided at the event.
In relation to each SIA Door Supervisor at the event, a written record will be kept of their name, address, date of birth and his or her SIA licence number and the log book of such details shall be available on the reasonable request of an Authorised Officer of East Lindsey District Council, The Security Industry Agency or a Police Officer.
Door supervisors will remain on duty at the premises until the last customer(s) has left the premises.
The door supervisors will be on duty to:
control the queue to the premises,
ensure the customers are advised of the amount of time they will have to wait to gain entry, and,
to prevent any customers who have behaved in such away to cause a public nuisance or disturbance from entering the premise.
To ensure compliance with any capacity limit for the venue, door supervisors will control numbers entering the premises.
No person in possession of a drink in a sealed or unsealed container shall be allowed to enter the premises with the exception of the purpose of delivery.
A registered medical practitioner shall be present at the event.
Where the entertainment requires the provision of a ring, it shall be installed by a competent person who shall ensure that it is properly constructed and supported and all materials used in its construction are non-combustible.
The Premises Licence Holder shall obtain a certificate from that competent person that the ring has been correctly constructed of non-combustible material.
The Premises Licence Holder shall produce that certificate, if required to do so to, an Authorised Officer of East Lindsey District Council or Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service or a Police Officer.
With regards to wrestling or other entertainments of a similar nature no member of the public shall be allowed to be seated or to enter an area within 2.5 metres of the outermost edge of the playing area of the sport.
The presence of any child under 18 years of age at such events will only be permitted after prior consultation and agreement with the Responsible Bodies.
Recorded Music – In relation to pre-arranged events, Recorded Music (Indoors) with an extended terminal hour of 0400 Hours may take place on three occasions during any 12 month period. There will be a space or at least two months between each such event.
During these events the Premises Licence Holder will ensure that SIA door staff are provided at the event. The door supervisors will control the access to and egress from the premise, as well as undertaking random searches of persons attending the event.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will assess the impact of the activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity and periodically throughout the activity and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above normal background levels at the nearest residential property.
Performances of Dance – In relation to the Performance of Dance, the provision of roaming dancers or strippers is not authorised by this premises licence.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The terminal hour for Live Music and Recorded Music outdoors shall at all times be 2300 Hours.
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise. The licensee shall comply with any noise standard specified by the Licensing Authority.
When required by the Licensing Authority, automatic control of the volume output from any musical equipment shall be installed and set at a level as directed by the Licensing Authority.
All internal doors/lobby doors (except for normal access and egress) are to be kept closed during periods of entertainment and the external doors and windows are to be closed (except for normal access and egress) during periods of entertainment after 2300 Hours.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity and periodically throughout the activity and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above normal background levels at the nearest residential property.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will ensure that the area abutting the
premises is regularly cleaned to ensure that litter is removed and properly disposed.
The delivery of goods will be restricted to between the hours of 0700 Hours and 2300 Hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 25 proof of age policy to be applied at the premises with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
