General
A CCTV System will be installed and such system will be compliant with any guidelines issued by Lincolnshire Police.
The licence holder will provide Lincolnshire Police with instant access to all CCTV footage on request.
Staff will be trained on all licensing issues.
The manager in overall charge of the premises will be a personal licence holder.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The licence holder will be an active member of the Skegness Pubwatch (whilst there is an active scheme in the town). The licence holder will attend a minimum of 6 Pubwatch meetings a year.
The licence holder will participate in and support any radio and crime prevention initiatives.
On Bank Holiday weekends and special occasions there shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number, if any, as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity, following a full risk assessment by the management. Furthermore door supervisors shall be provided at any time to such a number, following information and intelligence, from Lincolnshire Police, that suggests the need for door supervision.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
An outside covered seating area for smokers shall be provided adjacent to Scarborough Esplanade.
The Protection of Children from Harm
An adult must accompany children at all times and notices to this effect will be prominently displayed within the premises.
Children will not be served at the premise.
Children will not be allowed to sit at the bar.
