STAN 1
This premises licence has been granted subject to the relevant embedded conditions and restrictions contained in the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, the Licensing Act 1964 and other relevant legislation (unless the conditions or restrictions have been removed as a result of the variation of the premises licence). The conditions and restrictions (in respect of this premises licence) to include the following:

On Licensed Premises – (Children’s Certificate)
A notice which states that a Children’s Certificate is in force, in relation to the area to which the certificate relates, and explains the effect of the certificate and of any conditions attached to it must be posted in some conspicuous place in that area.
No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies:
a) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence.
b) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there.
c) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
d) The bar is in premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary.
e) i. He is in an area shown on the plan attached to the licence
ii. Meals and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale for consumption in that area.
iii. He is in the company of a person aged 18 or over.
iv. He is there prior to 9 p.m.
v. He may remain in the area of the premises specified during the first thirty minutes after the certificate has ceased for the consumption of refreshments.
In this condition “bar” includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of alcohol. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals.

The Children’s Certificate relates to the following area:
Lounge Bar Monday to Saturday 1100 to 2100 Hours
Sundays 1200 to 1500 Hours and 1900 to 2100 Hours
As marked on the plan deposited with the Licensing Justices.
Conditions attached by the Licensing Justices to the Children’s Certificate.
No Gaming Machines or Cigarette Machines will be installed in the Lounge Bar.
Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV is installed on the premises.
Drugs awareness training and anti drugs policy will be in place
Public Safety
Not applicable
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The children’s play area will not be used outside the times of 1100 to 2000 hours.
The provision of live music will be limited to a maximum of two performers.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will not be permitted on the premises after 2100 Hours.
Children will only be permitted on the premises under the supervision of an adult and when attending the premises in connection with a meal.
