Children will not be allowed in the bar area, they are admitted to the restaurant area but only when accompanied by an adult.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
If required by the Environment Team a noise limiting device shall be installed and maintained within the premises and all amplified music and voices shall be performed / played through this device. The device shall be set in agreement with the East Lindsey District Council Environment Team so to ensure that where amplified music or voices are performed / played within the licensed premises noise from the same shall be inaudible within residential properties (assuming that residential windows are kept open for the purpose of ventilation). The Environment Team reserves the right to require alterations to the setting of the noise-limiting device should noise problems occur. (25th January 2007 and 7th June 2007)
Where required by the Environment Team the Licensee shall submit a scheme for the provision of additional soundproofing to the premises. This scheme shall be agreed in writing with the Environment Team and works referred to within that scheme shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Licensing Team. The Licensee shall erect and maintain prominent signs at the exit(s) requesting that customers depart the premises and area in a quiet and orderly manner in order to limit disturbance to nearby residents. (25th January 2007 and 7th June 2007)
