General
Alcohol shall not be sold unless;
a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal
b) the premises is set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals
All staff shall be suitably trained for their job function in the operating standards for the premises and the contents of the premises licence. The training shall be under constant review.
The training records shall be able for inspection on request by an Officer of Lincolnshire Police or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises licence holder shall ensure that an incident register is maintained at the premises. The incident register shall be made available on request to a Police Officer or an Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority.
A CCTV system shall be installed, recording and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police, specifically:
a) There shall be a minimum of one high-resolution colour camera fitted to each public entrance/exit to provide a quality head and shoulder image for facial recognition/identification purposes of all persons entering the premises.
b) There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with the normal operating illumination to reasonably cover all licensed public areas.
c) Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted).
d) The frame rate shall be maintained to a standard whereby any footage produced is of sufficient quality to be of evidential use. It is recommended that the FPS is maintained as close to 25 FPS as possible and should not fall below 15 FPS.
e) Police and/or Licensing Officers shall be able on attendance to view playback of any incident without the necessity for download.
f) Recordings of incidents at the premises must be provided to the police following lawful request.
g) A member of staff should be on the premises at all times they are open to the public who is capable of operating the CCTV system and providing recordings on request. When this is not possible recordings will be provided within 24 hours of the original request.
h) Recording equipment shall be housed in a secure room/cabinet where access and operation is strictly limited to authorised persons.

Signage to be displayed at the premises asking customers to “Please leave quietly and respect the needs of local residents”.
The premises licence holder (or nominated person) will ensure that the area
abutting the premises is regularly cleaned to ensure that litter is removed and
properly disposed.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A Challenge 25 proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
