Annex 1 – Mandatory conditions
N.B. The above restrictions regarding the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
a) consumption of alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
b) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
c) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
d) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of alcohol so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.

Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent With the Operating Schedule
General
Staff Training on licensing issues to be undertaken by the DPS.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A drugs policy to be in place and signs to be displayed within the premises advising customers of the policy.
CCTV to be provided in the Reception area.
Public Safety
Not Applicable.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Levels of noise emanating from the premises to be monitored by staff and noise to be kept to a reasonable level.
Litter clearance to be performed nightly by staff.
All loading and unloading to be undertaken in a designated area for that purpose.
ELDC approved extractor fans will be used to control cooking odours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 18 upon production of proof of age card or other satisfactory proof of age.
