The provision of a minimum of 30 minutes of opening time (with access to toilet facilities) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
There shall be no entry or re-entry to the premises after 2330 Hours.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the pub.
Drivers ‘shelf’ with selection of soft drinks and Drink Driving posters will be displayed on site.
All interior trading areas will be visible to staff from behind the bar serverys except dining area which is staffed by waiting staff.
Licensees/staff will monitor customer behaviour especially during busy periods.
Toilet access is clearly visible from the bar and the toilets will be checked regularly.
Public Safety
Risk assessments will be carried out.
All portable electrical appliances will be tested annually.
Provision of First Aid
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
A noise survey will be carried out when regulated entertainment is being provided.
The terminal hour for outside drinking will be 2300 Hours.
A notice will be displayed within the premises asking customers to ‘please leave quietly.”
The licence holder will ensure that procedures are in place to manage the departure of customers from the premise in order to minimise any risk of public nuisance.
When required staff will organise taxis to transport customers making onward journeys.
The provision of live music will be limited to a maximum of 2 performers.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will only be permitted on the premises under the supervision of an adult.
Children will not be permitted on the premises after 2030 hours except when attending the premises with an adult and in connection with a meal.
Children are not permitted in the bar, save access to the garden and use of toilets.
There will be no gaming machines on site.
The premises will have a children’s menu and suitable soft drinks to promote a family atmosphere.
