The Provision of a minimum 30 minute wind down period (with access to toilet facilities, premises facilities and hot and soft drinks) after the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A drugs policy to be in place and signs to be displayed within the premises advising customers of the policy.
Toilets will be checked at regular intervals.
Public Safety
Windows will be kept closed after 2100 hours
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Persons providing regulated entertainment will make announcements at regular intervals requesting customers to leave quietly.
Signage asking customers to 'Please leave quietly'.
The provision of live music will be limited to a maximum of two performers.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion that the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
A proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Citizencard
Portman Prove it Card
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
AWP machines not to be used by children.
Soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
Children will be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Children will not be permitted on the premises while adult entertainment is being provided.
