The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Whenever the DPS is not at the premises a responsible person nominated by them will be left in charge of the management of the premises.
The premises DPS will be a member of any pubwatch scheme for the area (if one exists) and the DPS, or person nominated by them, shall attend the meetings whenever possible.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
When entertainment is being provided members of staff will ask people to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
Signs will be displayed at the entrance/exit to the premises asking customers to respect the neighbours.
At all times the DPS or other responsible person shall ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 21 upon production of proof of age.
Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Annex 3 – Conditions Attached After a Hearing by the Licensing Authority
Outdoor events involving regulated entertainment shall be restricted to 3 days per year.
Outdoor events shall only take place between 1000 to 2230 Hours.
The noise level from outdoor events shall not exceed a limit of 65dB LAeq15 minutes as measured at 1 metre from the façade of noise sensitive properties.
