Alcohol sales shall be ancillary to the primary operation of the premises as a Beauty and Hair Salon. Alcohol sales shall be permitted to bona fide clients of the salon undertaking treatment at the time of the visit only.
Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
There shall be no draught, pumped, bottled or canned sales of alcohol. Alcohol sales shall be restricted to spirits, wines and champagnes only.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system shall be installed, recording and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police. CCTV recordings will be made for each trading period conducted at the premises.
CCTV recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted).
CCTV Recordings of incidents at the premises must be provided to the police following lawful request.
A member of staff with knowledge of the CCTV system will be present on the premises whilst the premises are open to the public.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly.
Signage will be displayed to remind customers temporarily leaving the premises to smoke that alcohol purchased on the premises must not be taken outside.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Challenge 21 - A Challenge 21 proof of age policy to be applied with the accepted means of proof being:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Military ID
A recognised valid photo-id card bearing the PASS hologram
Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
All staff shall be suitably trained in the requirements of the Challenge 21 Policy, the correct procedure to be followed when refusing service and other associated issues regarding the sale of alcohol.
