The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
No Licensable activity will be carried out other than in respect of: -
1. Persons being a bona fide resident at Lakeside Holiday Park
2. Bona Fide guests and residents of Lakeside Holiday Park
3. Employees and Proprietors of Lakeside Holiday Park and their bona fide guests
4. Persons attending pre-booked functions to be held at the Waterfront Club.
Details of all functions being held at the licensed premises will be entered in a register that will be kept at the premises together with the name and address of the organiser and this register will be made available for inspection upon demand by a Police Officer.
We will meet the Police’s reasonable requirements and requests in relation to Door Supervisors.
Public Safety
The maximum number of persons on the premises engaged in licensable activities will not exceed: -
Cabaret Hall 600 persons
Family Entertainment Room 480 persons
Lounge Bar 290 persons
The Premises Supervisor will ensure that this capacity limit is not exceeded.
Provision of First Aid on the premises
When disabled people are present adequate arrangements will be made to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
Ensure exit doors can be easily opened without the use of keys, cards or similar means.
Exit doors will be checked regularly to ensure that they function correctly and records of these checks will be kept.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All external doors and windows will be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers, other than for events with the prior approval of the Licensing Authority.
The licensee or a nominated representative shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of all noisy events.
No fireworks or other pyrotechnics shall be used other than with the prior consent of the Licensing Authority.
Prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of the local residents by leaving the premises quietly.
Staff will be adequately trained to ensure that they keep noise levels to a minimum when leaving the premises.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles (when noise will be audible to residents in the neighbouring properties) must not occur between 2300 hours and 0700 following day.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will be allowed into all parts of the premises (unless precluded by the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003) except the Lounge Bar where those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
N.B The licence holder is reminded of the provisions of Section 145 the Licensing Act 2003 which make it an offence to permit children under the age of 16 unaccompanied by an adult to be present on premises open for the supply of alcohol for consumption there and being used exclusively or primarily for the supply of alcohol for consumption on those premises. Furthermore, it is an offence to permit the presence of unaccompanied children between midnight and 0500 Hours on any premises supplying alcohol for consumption on those premises.
Alcohol will only be sold and supplied to persons who appear to be under the age of 18 upon production of proof of age card or other satisfactory proof of age.
