Periodic Electrical Inspection up to date and certificated.
Fire Exits clearly displayed.
Spillages cleaned up immediately.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signage in place requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
Collect and drop off point agreed with Taxis.
Appointed Taxi waiting area for customers.
External lighting to give enough illumination to entrances and exits.
Bottle bins will not be emptied after 2300 hours.
Outside patio area, cleared of customers by 2230 hours.
No amplified music will be played, such that it causes a nuisance to premises in the vicinity.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children under 16 will be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
No children under 16 years will be allowed in the bar after 2100 hours.
A cigarette machine is situated where it can be properly supervised.
